Description
The Mushroom Substrate Production Operator works in a mushroom cultivation production environment in Riemst, combining heavy-machinery operation with hygienic substrate preparation. The role operates wheel loaders and bulldozers to move and mix manure, inspects raw materials, performs routine maintenance, cleans and sterilizes the production area, and packs substrate packages. It follows a flexible two-shift system with early and late hours, occasional Saturdays, and public holidays, and offers a gross hourly wage of €18–€22 plus meal vouchers, eco vouchers, a shift premium, and pension savings.
