Description
Full-time two-shift role responsible for operating a wheel loader and gravel-and-sand processing and sorting lines, monitoring production quality, following technological procedures, and dispatching products. The position requires secondary vocational education with a vocational certificate and a Category C driving licence; wheel-loader professional licensing and welding certification are advantageous. The employer offers a starting fixed salary from CZK 31,000 plus performance-based pay from CZK 12,000, meal and pension contributions, shift premiums, five weeks of vacation, and an employee discount at DEK.
