Lactalis USA is hiring a Whey bagger trainee in Buffalo, New York. The role operates filling and sealing equipment, troubleshoots mechanical issues, cleans and sanitizes equipment, operates a lift truck, monitors product quality and bag specifications, completes paperwork, and maintains a clean work area. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, analytical and mathematical skills, and preferably previous food or dairy manufacturing experience. Weekend work is required, with Wednesday and Thursday off, and the salary is $28.03–$30.65.
