Description
The Whey Protein R&D Scientist will lead whey protein projects from concept through commercialization, including bench, pilot, and plant trials; formulation development; process improvements; cost-out opportunities; new technology scouting; and technical support for products and manufacturing. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant food or science field and two years of dairy processing, dairy applications, dairy R&D, cheese making, or cultured dairy products experience, with occasional travel and work across office, laboratory, and plant environments.
