Trafilea is hiring a Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic wholesale initiatives. The role manages cross-functional programs end-to-end, including scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment, while applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies and leveraging AI and automation tools. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, retail or wholesale experience, PMO experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills; PMP certification is a plus.
