Description
The Connectivity Firmware Performance team is hiring a Performance Engineer to optimize software design for Apple products, including iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, and Mac. The role covers software design testing and optimization from early prototypes through productization, including performance evaluation methodologies on software and hardware prototypes, log analysis, trade-off analysis, and recommendations for software design. The position requires a background in RF, digital, and wireless communications; C or C++ programming; experience with wireless sniffers and protocol analyzers; Python and MATLAB testing and data-analysis experience; and a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field.
