Outagamie County Public Health is hiring a WIC Program Supervisor to plan, direct, and administer the Wisconsin Women, Infants and Children program and its breastfeeding peer program in Appleton, Wisconsin. The role supervises WIC staff, supports hiring and training, manages the program budget, coordinates with fiscal and public health staff, analyzes participation data, develops outreach and community partnerships, ensures compliance with WIC and county policies, and supports emergency preparedness and quality improvement. The position is based at 320 S Walnut St., with core hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, extended WIC operations on Tuesdays until 6:00 PM, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.
