StickerYou is hiring an experienced Wide Format Print Lead to manage a 24/7 production team and oversee safe, efficient, high-quality wide-format printing and cutting operations. The role includes operating and troubleshooting digital printing and cutting equipment, managing colour and RIP workflows, training operators, tracking KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and improving productivity and quality. The position is onsite at StickerYou’s Toronto office and requires at least three years of digital or wide-format printing experience, including production leadership in a 24/7 environment.
