Description
Apraava Energy is seeking an experienced Wind and Solar Asset Manager to oversee the operations, performance, compliance, procurement, and revenue realization of assigned renewable energy assets exceeding 250 MW. The role manages the transition from construction to operations, coordinates O&M contractors, OEMs, government and regulatory stakeholders, resolves right-of-way issues, drives HSSE compliance, manages spares and services procurement, supports audits, and ensures energy sale billing and statutory compliance. It requires a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical or Electronics and 13+ years of wind or solar large-scale power plant O&M experience, along with leadership, analytical, negotiation, and people-management skills.
