The role involves preparing materials, adjusting machines, checking wire diameter, flux percentage, and weight, winding products according to orders, labeling spools and boxes, storing production, and maintaining occupational health and safety standards. The position requires industrial or manufacturing experience, one year of machine-setting experience, physical ability to lift at least 50 lb, and teamwork; forklift certification is an asset.
