The role involves setting up and operating winding take-in machines and presses, manufacturing individual stator parts and small batches, performing quality checks and documentation, troubleshooting machine faults, conducting electrical tests, inserting windings and phase separators, and assembling, interconnecting, and insulating stators and special equipment. The profile requires practical metalworking or mechatronics/industrial electronics skills, machine-operation experience, technical-drawing ability, independent structured work, and availability for early and day shifts.
