ABB is hiring an onsite Winding Department Assembly Operator in Athens, Georgia. The role performs assembly, packing, quality testing, manual and light-tool work, and other winding-department tasks across multiple work centers, including insulation, coil winding, stator winding, final form, connection, braze, lash, surge testing, repair, and material handling. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, English communication, safety and lockout/tagout knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding factory environment.
