Scherb & Stürmer is seeking a Window, Door and Roller Shutter Assembly Technician for a long-term career in the trades, initially through employee leasing with planned takeover by the client. The role involves disassembling and installing windows, doors, awnings, and roller shutters; repairing, maintaining, and refurbishing them; supporting materials and tools; and communicating with colleagues and customers. Candidates should have several years of professional experience in window, door, or roller shutter installation, practical craftsmanship, customer orientation, physical resilience, and a Class B driver’s license with their own vehicle; roller shutter and sun protection mechatronics technician training is desirable.
