Description
Randstad SA is seeking a Senior Window Installer for an important client company specializing in the window and door industry. The role involves installing and fitting PVC and aluminum windows and doors, interior and security entrance doors, and shading systems; removing old windows and doors; preparing wall openings; adjusting hardware; testing and maintaining installations; reading technical drawings; taking measurements; and using company vehicles and equipment. The position is based in the Northern Lugano area, requires at least 3–5 years of independent residential or commercial window and door installation experience, a valid Category B driver's license, and strong manual dexterity, precision, punctuality, and problem-solving skills. The contract is initially through an agency, with the possibility of direct employment.
