Takeda is hiring a full-time Windows Device Engineering Lead in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to own the global endpoint management strategy for approximately 50,000 Windows devices. The role covers device provisioning, configuration, patching, vulnerability remediation, security compliance, application packaging, PowerShell automation, and governance, while leading and coordinating offshore contractor teams across time zones. Candidates need at least seven years of enterprise-scale Windows endpoint management experience, three years of technical team leadership experience, and deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MEMCM, PowerShell, application packaging, CIS benchmarks, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. The position includes on-call participation, occasional travel, and an estimated U.S. base salary of $137,000 to $215,270.
