North Central College is hiring one full-time Windows End User Support Specialist to provide hardware, software, and network-client support for college-owned Windows workstations, laptops, peripherals, printers, and managed print services across the campus. The role includes troubleshooting and closing help-desk calls, maintaining software and firmware, configuring and moving desktops and peripherals, documenting work, and collaborating with network, Ellucian, and telecommunications administrators. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years of information technology experience, strong Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge, and experience with ticket tracking and computer repair; Apple, endpoint-management, and college-environment experience are preferred. The salary range is $60,000–$65,000, with medical, dental, and vision group insurance among the benefits.
