HARMAN is hiring a regular permanent Windows Engineer in Łódź, Poland, to design, evolve, and integrate Windows-based infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. The role covers Active Directory and Entra ID architecture, Windows Server and client deployment, virtualization, automation, high availability, disaster recovery, security compliance, and migration projects. It requires at least 8 years of systems engineering or administration experience focused on Microsoft technologies and follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the Łódź office. The annual gross base salary range is PLN 210,000–330,000, with possible variable compensation.
