Customized Energy Solutions is hiring a Windows Server Administrator for its Infrastructure Services team. The role manages the implementation, maintenance, upgrades, security, and lifecycle of enterprise Windows Server systems across on-premises virtual environments, hybrid cloud workloads, and AWS and Azure platforms. Responsibilities include Active Directory administration, IIS and web hosting, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery, PowerShell automation, remote management, documentation, and Tier 2+ troubleshooting, with shared on-call duties. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of Windows Server administration experience, and hands-on expertise in enterprise server operations, hybrid infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
