CTC is hiring a Windows Server Team Lead to lead and develop a team of Windows Server engineers while designing, operating, and improving high‑availability Windows server platforms, identity services, automation, and hybrid cloud integrations. The role includes Active Directory modernization, incident leadership, root cause analysis, resource forecasting, documentation, and on‑call participation. Candidates need at least 8 years of hands‑on Windows Server administration experience, infrastructure leadership experience, strong PowerShell and infrastructure‑as‑code skills, and familiarity with Windows Server administration technologies. The role is based in Chicago and offers a hybrid workplace model, with a salary range of $175,000–$225,000 USD and eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
