AWS Infrastructure Services is hiring a Windows System Engineer II to operate and improve enterprise messaging, authentication, virtualization, certificate, and backup services across isolated Remote Management and Administration regions. The role includes troubleshooting Windows systems, maintaining security compliance, monitoring service health, responding to operational events, automating tasks with PowerShell, documenting systems, mentoring junior engineers, and providing on-call support.
