NetFire is hiring a full-time Windows Systems Administrator to manage and optimize Windows server and network infrastructure for client operations. The role combines customer-facing technical support, ticket prioritization, Windows Server and Hyper-V administration, patching, security and configuration auditing, Veeam backup and disaster recovery, PowerShell automation, infrastructure maintenance, monitoring, and documentation. Candidates need 1–3 years of IT or technology support experience, strong Windows and networking knowledge, and the ability to work in a service provider or MSP environment; a bachelor's or associate's degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred. The position offers a $60,000–$75,000 annual salary plus commission, health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) matching plan.
