BOTTAIA Winery is hiring a Winery General Manager to lead its luxury hospitality property in Temecula Wine Country. The role owns property revenue and P&L performance, drives sales and guest development, grows wine club membership, oversees tasting-room and seasonal pool operations, manages food and beverage, develops programming and events, and builds a high-performing hospitality and sales team. The position is on-property and requires approximately 10 years of progressive hospitality experience, including at least five years leading teams and managing financial performance. Compensation is a $100,000 annual base salary plus a quarterly gross-profit growth incentive, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
