Description
Babylonstoren is hiring a Wingerdboukundige to plan, implement, and optimize vineyard production activities across the growing season. The role manages vineyard production phases, monitors vine health and yield potential, develops production programs, analyzes data, ensures compliance with food safety and environmental requirements, and collaborates with production, technical, and cellar teams. Candidates need a tertiary qualification in viticulture, agriculture, horticulture, or a related field, 5–10 years of commercial vineyard production experience, and knowledge of vineyard management, irrigation, plant nutrition, crop protection, and harvest planning.
