Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a full-time Creative Operations Co-op in Burlington, Massachusetts, for its Winter 2027 program running January 4 through May 21, 2027. The role supports the Creative Team through project coordination, workflow and process improvement, template development, documentation, training materials, and project management tool administration. It is hybrid, with in-office work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and pays $28 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
