Description

Agnico Eagle is hiring a Production Engineering Intern for its Engineering department at the Meadowbank Complex. Reporting to the Production Engineering Coordinator, the intern performs field QA/QC on drill and blast patterns, collects and compiles QA/QC data, and communicates the data to the Engineering team. The intern must be enrolled in an undergraduate or technical mining engineering or related program and in a university Co-op program, and must work independently, communicate effectively, and follow safety standards. The schedule is 14 days of work followed by 14 days for transportation and rest, with accommodations and meals provided on site.
