STEINEL Aktivelemente GmbH is hiring a Wire EDM Operator for its Buching/Halblech site. The role involves independently programming, setting up, and producing highly precise tool components, monitoring and optimizing wire EDM processes, preparing work for follow-up orders, operating manual and CNC-controlled start-hole wire EDM units, inspecting workpieces, and maintaining machines. Candidates should have tool-mechanic or comparable metalworking training, relevant wire EDM experience, CAD/CAM knowledge, and teamwork skills. The position offers single-shift operation, modern technology, and performance-based compensation.
