HARMAN is hiring a Wireless Hardware Expert (Bluetooth / WLAN / UWB) in Bucharest, Romania, to develop and integrate short-range wireless systems for automotive applications. The role covers hardware architecture, RF front-end and interface design, debugging, validation, qualification, homologation, RFQ feasibility, and production transfer, while collaborating with RF, software, testing, quality, and homologation teams. It is a regular permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement, most office-based roles onsite three days per week, and an annual gross base salary of 202,500–297,000 lei.
