Description
The Wireless Network Development Engineer will develop and automate software-defined wireless and access network infrastructure for Amazon’s global fulfillment and transportation sites. The role focuses on improving network availability, investigating root causes, designing resilient networks, evaluating and deploying new technologies, automating testing and lifecycle management, and supporting global on-call operations. Candidates need at least one year of automation scripting experience, wireless system design and RF analysis experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong IP networking and packet analysis skills. The position is available in Nashville, Tennessee; Austin, Texas; and Bellevue, Washington, with annual base salaries ranging from $134,400 to $184,000 depending on location.
