The Wireless Sales Consultant serves as a customer-focused sales professional in the wireless department, helping consumers and business customers identify and convert wireless and wireline opportunities, explain products and services, follow up, promote offers, meet merchandising and privacy standards, and resolve concerns. The role requires 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience, strong selling and coaching abilities, effective communication, technology savvy, and a customer-service orientation.
