Staples Canada is hiring a Wireless Sales Supervisor to lead wireless department sales and customer experience in a retail store. The role partners with management to achieve department goals, coaches and trains associates, handles customer concerns, develops business leads and referrals, supports recruitment and onboarding, provides sales information, and ensures compliance with asset protection and privacy policies. Applicants should have at least two years of wireless sales experience; one or more years of supervisory experience with direct sales-target accountability is preferred, while post-secondary education is preferred.
