Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Wireless Support Engineer for a hybrid role requiring an average of two days per week at an HPE office in Costa Rica. The position supports wireless networking and security customers by configuring and troubleshooting Wi-Fi access points, 802.11 protocols, WPA2/WPA3, and 802.1X authentication; triaging escalations; maintaining network testbeds; analyzing logs; reproducing issues; filing bug tickets; and collaborating with developers. Candidates need 3–5 years of technical support experience, knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking and core protocols, and a degree in a relevant field. Juniper certifications are a plus, and the employer does not provide visa sponsorship.
