Intracom Telecom is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to support packet microwave and millimeter-wave radio systems used in 3G/4G/5G front-haul and mobile backhaul, fixed wireless access, and related network protocols. The role covers customer technical support, field installation, alignment, commissioning, troubleshooting, link performance analysis, and collaboration with engineering and R&D teams across the United States. Candidates need an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 8–10 years of technical support or field engineering experience involving RF systems, and US work authorization with availability to travel within the United States.
