Description
Ontivity is hiring a full-time Wireless Tower Construction and Maintenance Lead to lead the erection, construction, and maintenance of wireless towers and directly supervise up to four tower personnel. The role includes rigging, hoisting, antenna and transmission-line installation, grounding, testing, documentation, safety leadership, and closeout work, with extensive travel of 80–100% and work at heights up to 500 feet. Required qualifications include NWSA certification with A&L and Rigger specialties, tower climbing and rescue certification, rigging coursework, and three years of tower-climbing, stacking, or rigging experience; health, dental, and vision plans are provided.
