Description
The Wireless Tower Technician assists with the erection, construction, maintenance, and closeout of wireless cell-site towers and related transmission and cabling work. Responsibilities include tower-top installation, rigging, hoisting, antenna and equipment mounting, coax and fiber installation, grounding, testing, documentation, and crew support. The role requires climbing, working at heights and outdoors in all weather, physical lifting, safety training, and the ability to work in a team environment. It is a full-time position paying $22–$28 DOE, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
