Description
The Wireperson performs wiring, assembly, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and components in the Electrical Assembly department. Responsibilities include running and bundling wires, installing devices and name plates, terminating CTs, operating continuity buzzers, terminating wire for MCC, SWGR, and harnesses, performing inspections, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. The role follows a four-10s schedule from Monday through Thursday, 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to read wiring diagrams, basic English, tool use, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The position is in a temperature-controlled manufacturing or industrial environment with occasional outside activities and requires PPE, ladder and scaffolding work, and physical activity.
