Description
Powell is hiring a Wireperson for its Electrical Assembly department to assemble, install, maintain, and terminate electrical systems and components. The role involves running and bundling wire, installing devices and name plates, terminating CTs, operating continuity buzzers, following wiring diagrams, performing inspections, and maintaining a safe, organized manufacturing environment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., with a four-10s schedule. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to read point-to-point wiring diagrams, basic English, hand and power tool proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; computer knowledge, calibration knowledge, and drawing-reading skills are preferred.
