Panelmatic Inc. is hiring a Wiring Technician Lead to lead and support a team of Wiring Technicians in assembling and wiring custom electrical control panels. The role involves directing daily work, reviewing engineering drawings and schematics, installing and terminating electrical components, inspecting and troubleshooting wiring, training technicians, coordinating with production and engineering, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The position requires at least three years of experience in electrical panel wiring, electrical assembly, industrial wiring, or a related manufacturing environment, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
