Description
Niologic is hiring a Delivery Manager for its AI Services Delivery Team. The role owns the operational delivery of customer AI applications, including onboarding, contract and SLA compliance, customer support, issue escalation, KPI monitoring, complaint handling, and coordination with business leadership and AI engineers. The position requires a completed degree in Business Informatics, experience with customer-delivered service packages and SLA operations, and strong knowledge of operating production AI systems. It is a full-time, on-site role in Hürth-Kalscheuren with no home-office option.
