Description
The WISe Youth Partner is a Certified Peer Specialist who builds trusting, authentic relationships with youth navigating trauma, emotional or behavioral health challenges, and child-serving systems. The role advocates for youth voices in Cross-System Care Plans and CANS documentation, coaches self-advocacy and self-regulation skills, supports system navigation, participates in Child and Family Team meetings, and provides rotating after-hours crisis coverage. Services are delivered in homes, schools, and community settings on a flexible schedule, with hybrid work arrangements possible depending on business needs. Candidates must have lived experience in a child-serving system, obtain Washington Peer Counselor Certification within six months, provide CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days, and meet other employment requirements. The target starting pay is $24.88–$29.23 per hour, with medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
