Description
The WM Way Coach will work with site leadership to train Operation, Fleet, and Dispatch Leaders and other department groups, aligning business solutions with company strategy. The role supports business-process continuity, strategic vision, systems analysis, problem resolution, solution testing and institutionalization, and coaching of less experienced staff. It requires 80% travel across Northern California and the Reno, Nevada area, along with a bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED plus four years of relevant work experience and a valid driver's license. The expected base pay is $111,205 to $117,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
