Description
HelloFresh is hiring a WMS Analyst to support and maintain its warehouse management systems, including Infios Warehouse Advantage and DAI/Dematic WMS (Matflo), at its automated facility in Barleben, Germany. The role provides Level 1 support, system configuration, user training, security setup, requirements and technical design, testing, integration troubleshooting, reporting, hardware support, and coordination with infrastructure and other global teams. It requires at least one year of WMS support experience, SQL and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, English fluency, and flexibility for 24/7 operations, off-hours on-call rotations, and travel.
