Description
The employer is hiring a WMS/IT Support Specialist to support warehouse users and other teams with WMS and other IT systems. The role handles tickets and escalations, monitors warehouse operations, participates in UAT testing, trains users on WMS changes, maintains documentation, and manages high-priority incidents. It requires knowledge of IT systems and WMS, communication and problem-solving skills, B1 English, and availability for the 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 shifts.
