Description
The WMS Implementation Specialist is responsible for configuring, building, integrating, installing, upgrading, and supporting warehouse management systems and related business processes. The role translates business and operational needs into IT solutions, maps processes, leads super-user training and UAT, maintains documentation, resolves incidents, manages assigned projects, and recommends process and system improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of WMS implementation and support experience, and strong skills in integrations, reporting, SQL, database design, and related technologies.
