Bellwether is running its fifth annual Women’s Mentorship Program for undergraduate women interested in real estate careers, especially commercial real estate. Participants are paired with mentors in the Los Angeles and Dallas offices for monthly meetings and networking events to discuss internships, recruiting, and career guidance. The program is open to all college undergraduate women, with remote participation directed through the Los Angeles location, and applications are due September 25, 2026.
