Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds is hiring for a full-time, two-year rotational leadership program in its California Central Valley facilities. The Wonderful Leader will rotate through departments such as preprocessing, roasting, packaging, shipping, harvest, human resources, and supply chain, leading production crews, managing schedules and performance, improving processes, analyzing KPIs, coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders, and supporting supply-chain order and shipping activities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, flexible scheduling, English communication, and Spanish fluency or willingness to learn; a college degree or manufacturing experience is preferred. The pay range is $70,500 to $73,000 per year, with a possible performance bonus of up to $10,000.
