Richard Tscherwitschke GmbH is hiring a Wood Mechanic / Joiner / Carpenter specializing in plastic processing. The role involves setting up, adjusting, operating, and maintaining milling, turning, and drilling machines or automated systems; processing plastics; producing workpieces from technical drawings; assembling subassemblies; and performing quality control, preventative maintenance, and servicing. The position offers a permanent contract, a four-day workweek from Monday through Thursday, or a part-time model by agreement, along with onboarding, training opportunities, and company parking. Applicants need completed technical vocational training or training as a wood mechanic, joiner, or carpenter, good German speaking and writing skills, and the ability to read and implement technical drawings; metal, wood, or plastic processing experience is advantageous but not required.
