Weir is hiring an onsite Woodworker/Patternmaker in Candler, Florida to build, assemble, modify, and repair wooden patterns, fixtures, and related shop components. The role involves reading blueprints and engineering drawings, performing dimensional inspections with measuring tools, supporting production through woodworking tasks, and assisting with CNC setup and operation in a pattern shop environment. Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in woodworking, cabinetry, carpentry, CNC operation, manufacturing, or related skilled trades, with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work safely and independently.
