Unique is hiring a Woodworking Operator in Winterswijk to independently set up and operate CNC machining machines, call up CNC programs, perform tool changes, monitor production, check product quality, record work data, resolve minor malfunctions, and suggest process improvements. The role requires CNC or machine-operator experience, technical curiosity, accuracy, independent problem-solving, and motivation to develop programming and CNC skills. It is a full-time position with a gross salary of €2,800–€3,000 per month, a fixed day shift from 07:00 to 15:30, and a temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
