The role covers website updates, plugin and theme management, conversion-focused page development, user experience improvements, SEO, performance optimization, CRM and analytics integrations, and coordination with marketing, design, content, and videography teams. It requires three to five years of WordPress experience, an associate degree in computer science or a related field, a portfolio, and experience with Divi Builder; the position is on-site in Durham, North Carolina, with minimal travel and some after-hours communication.
