Description
The Work-Based Learning Manager plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates work-based learning programs such as College Corps, internships, and apprenticeships; oversees program staff and student workers; develops employer and community partnerships; manages grant-funded initiatives; supports student recruitment, placement, retention, and career readiness; and ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and grant requirements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of progressively responsible experience in workforce development, career services, program management, or a related area, with grant-funded program experience preferred. It is a full-time educational management position with an annual salary of $98,451 to $119,669, plus a $3,000 doctoral stipend and health benefits.
